My name is Andrea Schmitt Lozano. I'm a certified Teen Girl Life Coach with a Master's in Clinical Psychology and also a Third Culture Kid (TCK) mom who has moved thirty times across nine countries. I know firsthand how hard it is to watch your daughter struggle and feel like you can't reach her when another move is on the family list...

I work with teen girls worldwide via online coaching, specializing in confidence, identity, and emotional resilience, with a particular focus on TCKs and expat families. My coaching sessions are in English, Spanish, and German, and we often switch languages when we're deep in conversation!
